With year-round cafes in Sandwich and Brewster, and weekend/holiday hours in Chatham, we have been ethically sourcing, roasting, and serving specialty coffee on Cape Cod since 2015.

Rwanda Gitega Hills

In the beautiful hills of southern Rwanda, sits Gitega Hills, the first in the area to offer a wetmill. Visionary, Bernard Uwitije, foresaw the need to install a wetmill in order to grant those in his community more access to the premium prices of specialty coffee. The success of Gitega Hills is well known, and he has since build an additional 2 wet mills in the community, where he continues to offer farmers access to both the wet processing and natural processing methods.

Our offering from the Gitega Hills station is a naturally processed beautiful coffee. We just know you will love the bright notes of kiwi, strawberry, & honeysuckle.

Papua new guinea - peaberry

Owned by second generation coffee producer, Brian Leahy, Korgua Estates was one of the very first coffee farms in the area. Leahy’s father first explored this area in the 1930s and created Korgua Estates on neutral ground to allow coffee growers from rival tribes to bring their coffees to market without causing disruption.
